The boulangerie first opened its doors in 2017, originally as a bar with a changing breakfast, lunch, and drinks menu. A growing passion for bread soon led to a new direction: the bar transformed into a true boulangerie, where fresh sourdough, croissants, and other viennoiserie are baked daily.

 

Since November 2025, the boulangerie has been located on the other side of the building and is open six days a week for breakfast, lunch, bread, and viennoiserie. The hotel, featuring four spacious suites and a private courtyard, remains an integral part of the experience.
